English dictionaries start to index internet words like "incel" and "chad" as they already did before (for instance Oxford dictionary has words derived from the internet and from The Simpsons). Normies will start to use "incel" as an offense even more than they do now and if you have any deviant personality trait then people will claim you are like that due to your lack of attractiveness.
