oh ok now its more clear, you could imagine a lot of scenarios even if they would be completely unrealistic, maybe a virus spreading all over the world, the human managed to survive and everyone else but him is dead. However the scenarios that are most likely for humanity's fall (nuclear warfare) imply that there is no "last human", since deaths are going to occur simultaneously
