I’ve achieved that by having worked on myself to where I’m more than happy with my appearance.
Now when I see any “flaw” in the mirror, it’s a reminder I don’t have to be perfect, and I’m very happy how I am anyway. Then I keep improving myself anyway and just amassing more energy, i feel limitless

thats great man, I always want to be above others and if I make a mistake I get anxiety, I have scars from beating myself for making mistakes, I dont want ego, other day I saw some dudes doing pull ups and I had to go there just to prove I could do better, I feel miserable its something i cant control.
