Tbh I wonder if this is kinda true, especially if mewing is actually legit (which could be debated). Isn't it harder to nose breathe only in colder climate?
In the end it probably doesn't have much of an effect though, since vast vast majority of people both south in hotter climates and up north in colder climates mouth breathe. So the fact that it might be harder to nose-breathe only in colder climate doesn't end up playing into it anyways.
