If you use your picture on resume HR dept would see that you’re confident … they are more likely to hire you

I applied to few jobs (that pay better than my current work) last week and already had phone/zoom interviews with 3

Most of the HR dept is young girls , they’re obsessed with insta and socials so you using a pic gives you an advantage over people who don’t

A picture is basically a requirement, always use it on mine and I expect my employees to do so as well otherwise I don't give them any second thoughts
