breast removal actually tends to alleviate most of their symptoms, they're an extremely jiggly annoying part of the body that constantly reminds you that it's there, so that does tend to make their lives a little bit better.

facial hair and voice changes are super genetic, they often don't get what they want, but it does make them feel better about themselves.

I had a friend that went from like 130hz to 90hz in a few months.

regular hrt doses usually aren't enough to get the desired effect though, they're prescribed like 50-80mg of test since the 00's which is fucking nothing.

I think its kind of an endless loop really
Them getting hormones at a young age would be the best for the appearance part but i dont think someone that age should be put on gender affirming hormones since the chance of it being a phase just sounds a lot higher and would most likely cost a life because of the permanent effects if so
