This is probably a bit culturally dependent, maybe in the US for a girl to stay a virgin she has to be the mega-trad type, but for example where i live hookup culture isnt as widespread, so you can find a girl who is 19/20 pretty attractive and normal ( parties goes out whatever) but just happened to never have had sex.

Portugal, its a cool mix , we arent super conservative or anything but for most girls their hoe phase is comprised mostly of makeouts in clubs, which is better than her taking dick tbh. There are still enough who will have sex, especially if you are attractive that a single dude like myself doesnt have to keep fucking his right hand Over and Over like Im more tradiotional countries, also after dealing with those chicks u start picking up on who is like that, a useful skills for when u do decide to settle down.
