In the 3 years I knew him I think I got eye contact with him once.

Never heard him talk about anything other than D&D, programming and maths. Never seen him in anything but jeans and old hoodies either.

I have like 1 autistic friend I'd be okay with introducing her to but he's 5 years younger and in an LTR.

Perhaps when I get to university, if I meet some older autistic guys that I think she'd like I'll try to get them to meet, but she lives 150km away from me in a place with shit public transport, so it's unlikely I'll be able to help her.

Shes getting more social tho, going to meetups and shit. I think she will perhaps solve it on her own. She also used to be fat because of shitty psychiatric medicine but after getting off it she became very good looking, it could be she just hasn't had enough opportunities to use her looks to secure a proper man.
