IMDO + TRIMAX Possible?

Alright, so i made a previous surgery plan for myself

However now i want to make some changes.

Would you say an IMDO MSE would be possible and benefit my plan before i go ahead and get my trimax + implants with Dr. Pagnoni.

I know they somewhat give similar results, so i won't get it if it's superficial, however any smaller improvement to my plan is good.

If anyone else has ideas, please tell me.

Are you trying to simultaneously widen and lengthen the face or smth?

I though it was necesearry, however having analyzed my face/ratios i've found out the i just need more forward projection etc. not widening.

Thus the trimax + implant combo with pagnoni is what i'll be going for.
