IMDO without Overbite/Alternative

Can IMDO be done on someone who has no overbite? If someone had no overbite could MSE + sufficient FM usage rotate the Maxilla enough where an Overbite would be created, maybe even just enough for IMDO to be possible?

If thats not possible, what alternatives are there for 3d jaw expansion and gonion torquing outwards for flared gonions?
