I mean, just look at the difference and if you can't tell heres what occurred-


Lips: Made wider horizontally and increased in volume/fullness. (just sized them up on snow app)

Eyebrows: Brought lower and made thicker for a more compact upper-third (though a similar effect can partially be achieved through brow positioning/squinting; only drawback is you'll look extremely ND).

Nose: Significantly reduced in size, specifically slimming the bridge, tip, and nostril base.

It really highlights how much of an impact a Rhinoplasty (or Tiplasty/Alarplasty) and Lip Fillers can have on overall harmony.

Plus, compared to major bone work like jaw surgery, these procedures are relatively affordable often costing around $4,000–$8,000 total if done overseas.
