Will removing my impacted wisdom teeth affect my looks? My top two wisdom teeth never came in and my bottom two are impacted? Is it okay to remove them?

If its fully impacted They dont have a function, so u can remove them. Make sure to get a bone graft

Remove them (extraction and retraction) and suffer nervous system issues and bone resorption

Increase oral volume (expansion), bring your jaws forward and your teeth will come out naturally

Look into tooth extrusion and a custom splint
