Impacted wisdom tooth

my mouth can fit all 4 wisdom teeth however the lower right grew in fucked up at an angle and if I dont remove it will damage the 2nd molar and I gotta get all 4 removed by joo dentist, surgery is next week and I was looking for any alternatives cuz I heard that tooth extraction is a looksmin. I can provide xray if asked
