Nah nvm it's probably a periorbital hollowing case. Periorbital implants should do the trick, don't get full malar implants, there's no point. Otherwise if you wanna reap the full aesthetic benefit, go a specialist of orbital decompression to get a small 2-3mm lateral wall decompression with a small implant length of the periorbital implant. A positive orbital vector of 1mm+ can be acquired as such.
