Am looking for infra orbital implant i have already have done a trimax so my infra and cheekbonnes are kinda recessed i was wondering in which range of size a infra saddeled implant was considered as safe, for my case i think i idealy need somthing between 8-10 mm

Just try to see what of them will fit you the most by some pictures or maybe talk to your doctor, and don’t try to go for the perfect one because if you will get even more surgeries it will make you look uncanny 100%

But what is considered as oversized dépend of ur own recession right ?

You should look at your skin thickness, and implants cant be bigger than 7 max i would say, you only advance a small part of the infra with implant, not the whole upper maxilla unless you want to look gay

What I want is somthing what Will make look my infra and cheekbonnes not recessed

10mm is likely too big. Better to be conservative

8-10 is almost NEVER necessary except for people with extreme retrusion (done it maybe 20 times out of hundreds) or people seeking an unnatural appearance (done it 2 times and never again)

If you are serious about coming to either Rome or Istanbul for implants you can get scans and have a consult.
