IMPLANTS DESIGN, THOUGHTS?

Here is an implant design i got from a surgeon in my area advertising peek and all that shit, idc about the gonions and the chin, the midface is quite interesting to analyze i think as it looks (unibody) is a huge mistake because although the face remains inmobile , no separation and goes over were the infra orbital nerve and some arteries go out from the foramen.


Then you have giants design wich avoids the foramen and under to allow the nerves an arteries to stay in their anatomic position without any problem

Depends heavily on the unique anatomy of each person but as seen on the pink implants is going to be a mistake imo.

What do you guys think makes an infra implant good/bad?
