I have been in contact with a plastic surgeon here in Stockholm at Akademikliniken. They have informed me that they would be okay with replacing my testicles with 2 silicone balls which are in a much larger size, in order to get bigger nuts, since I feel as though mine are quite below average in terms of how big they are, and they don't really stretch the sack itself out too much.

Is this something worth investing money in, in terms of aesthetics?
