Was thinking trimax or lefort 1 + zygo implants + chin inplants . Rhino is an obv for both what yall think?

You dont need zygo implants as it wouldnt really fit with your temple or supra region, and you already have like decent zygos and infra. You could do fat transfer in the region of the under eye close to the nose. Your maxilla and upper teeth are protrusive so you look like a monkey, maybe you need to decomp before doing bimax. Brutal lower third and maxilla and nose basically everything

Your maxilla isnt bad and you got good eyes, and good zygo width. Your lower third is narrow and chin recessed. The best and most effective option i would suggest is a genio and making the nose narrower. And maybe jaw implants, then you should be good to go after that. Bimax could be considered if you take a cbct scan and analyses whats wrong. you could def benefit from jaw surgery, but you might need some ortho work before and maybe even extractions

Sounds good will mention both trimax and this to my surgeon when i go next week thanks man also this id a morph someone made that is trimax plus rhino what you think also has better skin and brows . Im 50/50 its not functional for trimax but so many ppl especially surgerymax said trimax for me

Hey man quick update think ima stay with trimax plus rhino, i think itll be better long term, make me look better naturally and think it has the biggest potenitla. Hopefully i dont get botched and ima work my ass off for that money wish me look brother thank you so much

I mean its allways about how you can ascend in the shortest amount of time possible. But yea if its health aswell you might think longterm.

What would bimax actually achieve in this case?

I mean you could get braces but get a cbct scan first and see if trimax is worth in terms of airway and also when your skull is in the frankfurtplane to clearly see if there is recession thats worthy of fix with bimax

Im gonna follow up with thos plan, im gonna tell my cosmetic surgeon how we would go about this and ill dm you any updates

Also, sorry for thos big ask but can you show me what to aim for in the front profile, ik its a lot of work but if you can morph a realistic front profile with all of this thatd be nice to use as a reference thanks man
