Order of surgeries, full facial implants

Got a solid surgery plan, but what order should this be done. Osteotomies than implants than muscular surgeries such as canthoplasty and rhino?

Plan on trimax but afterwards getting an full facial reconstruction via implants

Thoughts? Also thoughts on this many implants?
