Implants to fraud height

Instead of getting leg lengthening which can hinder your movement for the rest of your height can you just fraud the height by adding implants in your heels toes neck or the top of your skull where there is a lot of room?

i dont see why you would do a surgery for all of that. you either do limb lengthing or just wear the insoles. i guess you could heelsmash and that would probably do the trick if you get lucky and your heel swells in the right way (some guy did that a lot actually and got taller on here but his heel looks kinda gross)
