FASCIA

These are layers of connective tissue in our bodies. These layers surround muscles, blood vessels, nerve fibers, and internal organs. Fascia connects some parts of the body while separating others. It slides easily over other parts during movement.
IMG 3907

When fascia is normal and healthy, it ensures that the tension and stresses acting on the body are distributed appropriately. For this, it needs to have sufficient flexibility and resistance.

Fascia tissue is rich in nerve endings, playing a crucial role in the sensation of posture and movement. When we change position, the sensory receptors and nerve endings in the fascia deform and become activated, sending signals to the spinal cord and brain. These signals are processed in the central nervous system, sending stimuli to the muscles to create the desired movement and posture

Our feet contain many ligaments and vital structures, and in sports that require exertion, such as running, jumping, lifting, pushing, and pulling, exercises that strengthen the fascia are incredibly important.
IMG 3908

Foot strength and health are extremely important in these types of exercises. You can build resistance and build strength in each area of the foot, which contains millions of nerves and tissue connections, through customized exercises.

When we put weight on our feet, these ligaments, stretching from our fingertips to the back of our neck, become active and facilitate our movement.

The resistance of this area increases significantly during sports activities, allowing us to perform certain skills such as running, jumping, pulling, pushing, lifting, etc.

What are the benefits of developing fascia (tissue connections)?

  • High sports performance
  • Healthy body symmetry and posture
  • Increased blood flow (meaning faster recovery)
  • Getting rid of stretch marks and cellulite.
  • Less risk of injury
  • Less pain after exercise.

So how can FASCIA be developed for the foot?

There are highly effective exercises for increasing leg strength, balance, power, and explosiveness. These exercises will enhance your foot sensation, activating stimulating sensors and allowing you to use your body flawlessly as a whole. This will enable you to run faster, take harder shots, jump higher, and deliver more effective performances during activities.

First, let's talk about some key factors that limit our ability to use our foot functions to their full potential and prevent us from improving our performance

FASCIA

It starts at the feet and spreads throughout the entire body.

As you can see below, people have ruined their feet due to the design of modern shoes used today.

This design of the shoes is so contrary to the natural structure and shape of the human foot that it renders our feet incredibly dysfunctional

IMG 3904

How Shoes Render Our Feet Useless

Because of the shoes we wear, our toes are intertwined, our feet can't grip the ground properly, and the nerves and ligaments in our feet can't send the necessary signals positively to the rest of our body.

Shoes that don't properly support our feet and create a barrier between the sole of our foot and the shoe weaken the communication between our feet and the rest of our body, preventing the sending of stimulating signals and thus reducing our performance.

Those children who play barefoot unknowingly, are engaging in an activity that will be very beneficial for their future football careers. As you all appreciate, the most aesthetically pleasing, resilient, and talented footballers consistently come from Brazil (South America) and Africa. This is due to both the lack of financial resources, which means children play football barefoot, and the fact that they spend their free time playing outside because they don't have access to technological devices. My biggest piece of advice is to play and run barefoot, regardless of the surface. This way, your feet will regain their natural function, and you will reach your full potential

Good examples of fascia transforming into power would be Valverde
He is skinny yet his shots are unimagineably powerful
Good example of fascia for balance is messi
He doesnt fall easily
If he does
He stands up immediately

Sadly,this is mostly genetics
If you have it your chances are higher to become a better athlete
