no its thing u wear for long hours of the day ( when u sleep ) and consistently it'll widen it theres a botb thread on it

reduce the width of your nose, its the nose to lip ratio that counts so changing whichever one of these would get you to the ideal ratio.

Well im not really aware of that factor it prolly plays a role asw, a wider jaw in general is a desirable trait eitherways so id be working on it regardless.
