depends on your race, if you are brown/black it doesnt matter but if you have a light skin tone its the most important part of skin

studies say that 80-90% if visible skin aging is from uv damage but thats only for lighter skin tones, if you naturally produce melanin it probably doesnt matter as much

Sunscreen is horrible.

I've never used it and I'm 38. Spend a shit ton of time outside every summer.

Sunscreen fucks up your testosterone and turns you into a little bitch. If you eat good butter every day you won't need any sunscreen. Fats protect you from the sun.
