Context: I have no recession of the hairline corners or thinning of the crown, but, I'm 16(as of october 2025) and I hit puberty at 14.5 years old which is spring of 2024.
My dad and his brother went through balding from alopecia totalis
My mom went through temporary baldspots for like a few months
Males on my moms side went through mpb.
Around july of 2025, I noticed that my hair became less fluffy and more weird and dry when using styling products. I thought nothing of it.
I got a haircut during August and november of 2025, both times my hair grew back with no problems.
But this time, I'm noticing that when styling my hair, my hair looks stringier and it responds negatively to products that i have to manually drag my hair down
also, when styling my hair, and putting a flow/middle part to the side, i put my hair down to cover my forehead but i notice there is a gap that i have to manually fill in
also just in general my hair is being weird, and no I dont use sulfates to shampoo and i dont do it often.
I notice zero hairloss when showering or rubbing/pulling my hairs
idk if this damage or thinning.

Solution?
