im 15 and wanna buy 20mg accutane, i dont have heavy acne but i wanna really clear skin,what i need to know before hoping on? (i also thinking about tret but idk if ts even work)

Stop and do not. It is a oral retionoid for SEVERE acne. It gives you depression and suicidal thoughs and as a teenager, those can really mentally affect you. Accutane also can reduce bone density, cause premature closure of growth plates and joint and muscle pain which can lead to delay of exercise.

There is alot of other negatives too which I'm not gonna mention cuz too long lolololol

TLDR: Don't take it until it's your last resort and you're above 18+

Use tret after accutane, your skin is too sensitive. Honestly, your entire skin will be dry and sensitive during accutane, so don't touch it or scar it in any way, and don't use much products besides maybe moisturizer and sunscreen. If you want, you can even use a barrier-repair moisturizer since your skin barrier is more sensitive during accutane. Keep everything else a month or more after accutane (tretinoin helps heal scars). Oh, and don't take anything else with a high dose of vitamin A (like supplements or large amounts of liver). I had raw liver daily while on accutane and it made me sick. Isotretinoin alone is a high dose of vitamin A, any more of it becomes an overdose.
