It's fucked. Stress looksmins you, but you need to looksmax to look good, and looksmaxxing makes you stressed.

Stress is number one killer, I personally take zoloft and I have never been more happy, relaxed and I have absolute idgaf attitude (which is kinda detrimental to my studies, but I need to learn how to cope with it ig)

If you haven't learned about cortisol spiking and the damage it can do both short and long term you should really start.
