Idk why but whenever I apply for a job I have to go test work for 3-5 days and I’m more of a introverted person so whenever I finished the 3-5 days they say I don’t talk alot and that I have very low motivation what could I possibly do to appear extroverted

just fake being extroverted than slowly be yourself overtime

Everything else is usually cope
