Impossible to inject SUBQ (Too lean after 3 Months of HGH)

So once I started using HGH I was already pretty low bf, around 12% but it was still possible to inject SubQ. Now after 3 months I’m sub 10% bf and it’s literally impossible to pinch the skin and inject subq. If I even manage to pinch a bit it instantly slips once I inject the needle. Is it fine to inject it IM, or will it be less effective?
