STEM, not high level of wisedom, or ability to speak well, or good at philosophy or any field that will make you actually different or seen as more mature whetever for you or the others, but rather a calculation intelligence, pragmatic.
and, once you see him, you already feel bad because you know it's pretty much over facially wise in the west to find westerners.
Overall, probably a nice guy to meet, if you'r not materialistic.
