my skin finally got better after I cut off dairy like milk and ice cream mainly

and I only wash my face with water, and I have tried a lot of shit, I’ve gone to dermatologists and used their special creams, and benzoyl based creams etc etc and they would seem to work for a few days and then it would just get worse and it wouldn’t help in long run, just makes ur skin dependent on it

Try cutting out dairy, eating ice cream and drinking milk would make me literally wake up with 5 new pimples in the morning if I ate a lot of it

And learn when to or not to squeeze the white shit out of acne, cause a lot of the time it just makes it worse, but sometimes it’s extremely easy to get it out and it heals quicker afterwards
But u can’t be a dumby with it
