Improve Skin Texture

How can i improve my scaly skin texture. It feels rough, dry, and thin. Around 6 months ago i had very nice, soft, supple skin. The only thing that changed in my routine since then is that i’ve been taking Aromasin. So i’m thinking that might be the reason for this, (i also have acne and PIH now). Tell me if I can PM you with my before and after pics. Thx

i did microneedling here and it made my face rly smooth. but yea i fucked up by not moisturizing and it made it super dry
