Alight, so im already following milk propaganda, taking vitmamin d's, k2's, mg's and zinc.
shit so weird cuz my hair is drying out compared to what I had 1.5 years ago. and I used to do shampoo back then, but not anymore at all except natural shampoo's. like- I've been eating 75% good in my diet, yeah workout lacks, but im 19% bf I think that's not too bad?
so barsically-
(i) I wanna know how to I improve the driyness im getting in my hair, how to increase colour and thickness..
(ii) what can I do for my overtrained smiling cheek muscle ion the right of my face
(iii) what is the best hairstyle for me and does this one that I have rn aight?.. (btw I don't do fades and shit, cuz real dudes know grow out is best)
(iv) any more basic advice I can use to maximise my potential
