Do you have something like furosemide on hand or a diuretic? If so use those, drink more water, avoid carbs and use sauna (or do some HIIT instead).

idk you said thicker lips, those are thicker lips, and results within like 15 minutes. it would look different on a tuy and the type that you use. the after picture has makeup on it aswell, lip lining and shadow
