What is my potential if I was to only softmax and what is everything I can do to reach it? Also I’m 17 1/3 is there a chance my facial bones can grow more or my eye area could get better?

mtn potential. train your masseter and get marpe, it won't give you bonemass but it will help make your zygos look bigger.
