Improving Exema?

I’ve had Exema my whole life and it’s never affected my face however recently (Probaly due to weather and the conditions I’m working in) Ive started to get flare ups on my face and not matter what I try it doesn’t seem to go away like it did before. I know this is niche but any advice would be appreciated

I personally had exema on my nose when I was 11, sadly I was a low iq incel who didnt know shit about pharmaceuticals so I forgot what it was. But when I went to doctor he prescribed me some custom made medication cream for my nose said it was for acne and eczema. So ig doctor is the only solution. rep and solution

Dermatologists don’t know shit about exema they just prescribe you with steroids which fry your skinz
