this is my frame now, i’ve just turned 15 and been going to the gym consistently for 6 months. anyway to improve it? thanks bhais :owo:

Yes, its as simple as priotising lats/ shoulders :feelsautistic:

Could also use PEDs, or just GH peps but its up to you

You can regain natural production of test through various protocols, And HGH natural production comes back the day after you hop off.:smonk:

W and dont forget to balance chest and back training because too much chest training can cause posture problems

not necessarily unless you’re sub 60iq and dont know the basics
