Bro your face looks good, better than a lot of people. You are not chad but I would say the thing holding you back the most is your height. Limb lengthening surgery if done by a good doctor and you don't try to push for crazy height gains can be a very safe surgery and within 6 months you should be able to walk perfectly normally (if everything goes well). If you reach 175 and fraud to 178 you will almost never get rejected for your height. Yes you are not 6'4 so you wont have girls wanting you JUST for your height but 178 + good face you can get a girlfriend. For your face I would recommend you to get leaner which is obvious but I cant see your face clear enough to give you much other advice.
