ideal colouring:
was recommended to use beta carotene for orangish colour and lycopene for the red undertones with a light tan.
i will be using 25000iu beta carotene and 10mg lycopene to start with and see where i end up.
a light tan was also recommended to get this colouring along with the other 2.
i’m a ukcel, how can i do about getting a light tan year round?
like tanning oil or something to put in my moisturiser?
