Jut and no jut. I think a bimax would be neededits not side profil.
but maybe you need bimax im not sure
send your side photos
You look cute the way you are bro
Idk, my face looks like a circle from the front if I don't jut. Though, thank you for the compliment. You look cute the way you are bro
What surgeries should I consider to improve my side profile
I am wondering if you see failos with these front profile images, as it may be easier to determine if a bimax or trimax will be needed. Also, this will help show how projected my ears are.I see only two failos : your chin and your ears. Fix these and you'll be good.
(1) your chin lacks both forward and downward growth, which, in turn, makes your mandible appear too flat (from the side profile). On the other hand, your upper maxilla appears to be over-projected forward (not by much, but it's emphasized by the retrogenia). So it's safe to assume you would need a bimax/trimax.
(2) your ears are distractingly large. I don't know if they flare and would benefit from being pinned, but a size reduction would definitely enhance your looks.
A few morphs to illustrate my point :

I'm bit surprised that you think my jaw width is alright since of my inward gonions. I also do have a malocclusion and an overbite that coversmajority of my lower teeth. It seems my entire lower 3rd was nerfed. These 2 front profile pics have been taken too close your face, so assessments cannot be 100 % reliable.
That said, they do confirm a lack of mass & downward projection for the chin. Your philtrum-to-chin ratio isn't good.
The impression of a short/weak chin is reinforced by your prominent zygos, as they broaden your midface quite a lot and call for equally strong features in the lower third. Taking into account lens distortion, I think your jaw width is good (better than shown on these front profile pics), and the only major issue is your chin.
I'm neither a surgeon nor an expert in orthognathics, so I cannot say with absolute certainty that you need a bimax/trimax. Perhaps a genioplasty and/or a chin implant would meet all your expectations aesthetics-wise. If you have no functional issue like a significant malocclusion, then bimax/trimax would be unnecessary. Only a CT scan analysed by a surgeon will offer a proper assessment.
Here's a morph with nearly ideal thirds & philtrum-to-chin ratio, all thanks to a bigger chin :

Your ears are flaring a little (the top part), but your wide zygos mitigate the issue from the front. The issue is more apparent from a 3/4 and side angle.
P.-S. new ear pads would ascend your headphones
