I am constantly doing caloric restrictions and fasting. I think i am younger than my actual age, people have even guessed me to be 16, mostly i get 17,18 or 19 sometimes 20.
But in some ways i believe your energy levels gets lower (no shit)
I think that caloric restriction, fasting and sun protection are the only proven things to slow down aging for now
