In a permanent state of anger made worse by roids and stimulants, how can i fix this

I can no longer enjoy life, all of my life is me being constantly mad

Im thinking it may be high blood pressure, cortisol or anything

Im on vyvanse and sometimes take adderall, deca and test 250. Hate this shit I feel hella uncomfortable and pissed off all the time
