So basically in class like economics i’m scared to put my hand up btw a level econ uk ap course US i think or college idk but i never put my hand up but i want to but i get scared and really hot and go all red bc i want to but there’s always this nagging feeling stopping me also in test i always do one of the best i’m my class . what can i be suffering from bc i don’t like it even my teacher said i should contribute more in class
