there is a limit when a skull becomes so large that it's disproportionate to the body. It was brutal, i was called "squarehead" all throughout school and was having autistic meltdowns over this. I read somewhere that autism causes a bigger skull than average. My mom even told me when I was being born they were having trouble taking my head out because of how big it is jfl
