Not that I've been ashamed of it, but that they've looked down on me and treated me like trash for it. I just thought it was one of those normal things that oh some people struggle with relations but apparently not it's this huge big deal.
I don't have contact with my family anymore. I don't have contact with anyone.
If I stay at home all day then nobody will notice. It's like I don't even exist. No wonder I turned to crime. My criminal therapist/probation officer is literally the only person I meet.
