In my scenario would you keep my job?

context: got job like 5 weeks ago, 16, summer ends in about 2 weeks

Pay: $9.50 an hour on avg

I only get 1-2 shifts a week that are usually 3-5 hours

You have to work hard but the work isn’t hard, it’s a host job at a restaurant

I could get promoted to server in a few months if I stick with it and get close to $20 an hour, but I also kind of just want to be unemployed and not have to show up to work on weekends
