Just searched it up, apparently in TW3 she is 21 and in TW4 she is rumoured to be in her late 20s to mid 30s. I honestly expected late 30s to early 40s especially given her elven blood and the fact that witchers age twice as slow as humans she should look way more youthful. Gone is the era of video game foggers
