In need of solutions for fat/swollenness beneath ramus.

As the title suggests I am noticing some sort of swollen or maybe bit of fat underneath my ramus. I have a great jawline and ramus length while I guess we all struggle in normal lighting.

My issue is, when I hard mew something activates beneath my jaw that causes two bulbs underneath my jaw toward my ramus.

How can I solve this?

Is there any way to optimize my ramus visibility like depth wise, the length is there, but in the area between it and my ear?
