I will speculate:
There are not many poor uneducated white girls in NYC. It is mostly the poor uneducated white girls that date black and hispanics.
There are a lot of ghetto blacks in government housing projects in NYC, said ghetto blacks don't generally race mix.
A lot of the hispanics you see in NYC have money and dress better than the typical white person, so you may be incorrectly assuming they are white.
Probably also has a lot to do with which part of NYC you live in.
