In order to have sex you will need to perform a proximal fibular osteotomy by creating multiple drill holes in the fibula using a K-Wire, specifically a 1mm above your fibular notch through your lateral malleolus, then you will need to use an osteotome to complete the cortical cut. Make sure not to damage any peroneal muscles or nerves or you will be crippled forever. Then you will create the same drill holes through the tibia 12mm above the tibial plafond to minimize the risk of ankle equinus. Then, attach the external fixator to the tibia ensuring the pins are securely fastened, which will gradually pull the tibia apart at a rate of 1mm per day stimulating osteogenesis.
