softmaxxing wise i'd try prioritizing thicker eyebrows
surgery wise an upper blepharoplasty to get rid of excess UEE and filler for thicker lips, which are your main flaws

the usual topical or oral minoxidil
but since you mentioned not wanting to be on any crazy drugs then probably topical, even though it's less effective
